Essentials of Gift Administration
Accurate gift administration is an integral part of fundraising, and every nonprofit organization must have a system in place to process the gifts it receives. This online course will provide operational staff and fundraising leaders an overview of the principles of gift administration. Instructors will cover techniques to improve quality and efficiency, process management, staffing for small and large nonprofit operations and teach donor intent compliance. Participants will gain a broad awareness on navigating common challenges in gift processing. Instruction material will include gift-entry guides, relevant industry accounting standards and IRS regulations.
